Biometric Registration
As per government directive, biometric re-registration is compulsory.Please visit our re-registration point immediately with 1 copy photo, copy of national ID & active SIM for free biometric re-registration. For the nearest re-registration point, please dial *888# . Un-registered SIM may lead to permanent blocking.
To complete the biometric registration prosses customer must do the following
The customer has to bring/show necessary documents e.g. National ID and photos
The customer has to put fingerprint on the biometric system for the unique identification.
